  • If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please cancel (using my booking application) at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. 100% of the cost of service(s) originally scheduled will be expected to be paid if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

  • For all appointments, I allow a 5 minute grace period. After that, it is considered a no-show, and 100% of the cost of service is due via an invoice sent to you by email and/or text. I will not be able to service you at your next appointment until this is done.

  • Should you need to add on or remove any services, please update your appointment (through the booking application) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows me to provide enough time and product to accommodate you accordingly. 100% of the cost of service(s) originally scheduled will be expected to be paid if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

  • No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room at the time of your scheduled service(s). They are more than welcome to wait in the waiting area until your service(s) are completed.
